In this short workshop Janey from Chilli Gourmets you will learn how to make an interesting Mezze of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern inspired dishes perfect for easy relaxed entertaining. Dishes will include Spicy Broad Bean Kofta’s; Butternut squash and Tahini dip, a quick Zaatar flat bread, an amber chilli sauce, and Turkish Kisir Salad. I will also show how to make Lamb Siniya, a fabulously tasty easy mid week meal.
The session will start with a hearty brunch of savoury pancakes and at the end of the session you will be able to sample all the dishes.
