Ask anyone who is gluten-free and they will tell you that what they miss is really good bread. This course teaches you how to make some of the best gluten-free loaves possible, including a brilliant loaf of white or brown bread, baguettes, soda bread and sweet brioche. You will also learn techniques for pizza, poolish and sourdough. Taught by nutritionist Deborah Thackeray, this course aims to give an insight into the world of gluten-free bread baking!


If you’re fed up with the over-priced and underwhelming gluten free loaves in the supermarkets, then perhaps it’s time to learn to bake your own additive-free, artisan style bread. It actually tastes…like bread! On all our courses a delicious gluten free lunch is included, together with tea and coffee.

We will be making a really decent loaf of bread, baguettes, brioche, soda bread and pizza. There will also be an introduction to gluten free sourdough.

The day runs from 9.30am-3pm and  includes lunch and all ingredients to be used and take away.
