Chilli Gourmets has teamed up with fermenting expert Jeni Hewlett to deliver a fiery fermenting workshop!
You will kick start the day with a “Korean style kimchi breakfast bowl” which will be prepared and served to you.
Then you will learn how to make Sriracha, and Kimchi, which you will be able to take home.
You will then prepare some dishes using some homemade Sriracha, one meat dish, and some zingy salads.
Veering away from the fermenting you will learn how to make homemade wonton wrappers, and then you can fill them with a meat or vegetable filling.
There will be a recipe leaflet to take home detailing all the recipes made, and instructions on how to look after your Sriracha & Kimchi at home, together with some some general tips on fermenting written by fermenting expert Jeni Hewlett.
