Fire lighting, bushcraft, nature, den building, parties, liverpool, wirralWorking with Littlefoot we run regular bushcraft and foraging courses right at the farm. We have developed a brilliant woodland bushcraft base a short walk from the cafe and have a “Wild’ site in Clatterbridge Brook Woodlands too. We offer the following great activities:

Family Bushcraft Courses

We run family bushcraft courses where as a family you can learn and experience exciting new skills. We teach the following skills in a fun and practical way:

  • Fire lighting & building                               little foot shelter, shelter building, home school, bushcraft wirral, bushcraft liverpool, den building, survival, nature
  • Rope knots, tarp & natural shelters
  • Wild foraging
  • Tracking skills
  • cooking on an open fire
  • whittling skills

Wild Foraging & Survival walks

We regularly run wild foraging walks where you can experience the amazing work of edible flowers, plants, fruit and fungi. Were take alongside ancient hedgerows and through a beautiful scheduled woodland tasting the plants as we go along. We also run survival walks where were take you on a journey identifying and demonstrating how to light and build fires and make shelters  from or the natural resources around us.

Bushcraft Camp

During holidays we run bushcraft camps for kids aged 7+ from 10am to 3.30pm. Leave you kids with us and they can spend the day in the woods learning and developing exciting new skills and playing nature based games. We keep our group sizes small to provide a truly memorable experience for all the kids. Our Bushcraft camps cost £30pp child per day and we also provide a great bushcraft lunch. Overnight Adventures 

We also run overnight adventures for families where you can come and spend
the night in a shelter you have built and cook dinner on an open fire that you have made. These adventure start late afternoon and run through to 10am the next day. We provide a brilliant evening dinner and breakfast all cooked on an open fire. Our adventures cost from £60pp and provide an amazing shared family experience and is bushcraft 2packed with fun activities and opportunities to relax and practice all the exciting new skills that have been learnt.

Private courses run throughout the summer months (minimum of 8 people)
