This workshop is all about the spicy flavourful food of the southern Mediterranean, including dishes from Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria. You will learn how to make a proper moroccan “Chermoula”, lots of salads like Tunisian “Fefla”, a savoury “M’Hanncha”, and much more.
Your cooked brunch will be a Tunisian “lablabi” & fresh bread.
The session will include plenty of hands on cooking and eating! We will also make something for you to take home for your supper.
You will take home a leaflet including recipes for everything that we cook plus a few more besides.
