The truth is – it’s as much about the lifestyle as it is about what they eat! It’s the whole attitude. It’s the food and it’s the social interaction, as well as getting the right kind of exercise (not to mention the being outside in the sunlight).!The question though, is how can we combine all these things and incorporate them into our own day-to-day lives? Join us and delve into cooking a Mediterranean feast that will help you to do just that!
