A totally hands-on day, and you will learn how to make fantastic sweet scones, shortcrust pastry for fruit tarts, and brilliant loaf of bread for sandwiches and delicious cakes. By the end of the course, you will know not only how to make these 4 delicious items, but how to convert other recipes to gluten free. On all our courses a delicious gluten free lunch is included, together with tea and coffee.
