The Claremont Fishery opened in the summer of 2004 and is proving a popular venue for local anglers and for fishermen from further afield.
Set in tranquil surroundings, the pond measures approximately one acre and has 26 pegs, including one peg for disabled access. It has been stocked with mirror, common and crucian carp, chub, tench, bream, roach and rudd.
A day ticket costs just £5, with concessionary rate of £4 for senior citizens and £1 for an extra rod. We're open 7 days a week from dawn till 9pm.
