How to spice up your baking and warm up your winter!
This workshop is all about how to use chillies in your baking.
Using one batch of bread dough I will show you how to transform it into three different breads, a tare and share chilli swirl bread, flat bread or pizza and a spicy little loaf.
I will demonstrate how to make Tunisian Brik, and Gözleme.
You will learn to create “Sambusaks” – spicy filled savoury pastries, and chilli biscuits
You will also take home a Chilli Gourmet Hessian bag including the goodies you have made; a recipe leaflet; with lots of creative ways to spice up your baking. A Selection of dried chillies. A Chilli growing leaflet and a pack of chilli seeds of your choice. Also a Squidgealicous chocolate chilli surprise with a hint of chilli, specially created by the amazing Squidges Bakery!
